How to use a repair patch on an inner tube

1. Preparation: Locate the hole, sand the area using the sandpaper provided, then clean, use a degreaser and dry the surface thoroughly. 2. Gluing: Spread the adhesive evenly around the puncture. Wait for about two minutes until it becomes matt. The glue is used to seal the inner tube and make it watertight. 3. Application: Centre the patch over the hole (without touching the adhesive with your fingers) and press down firmly for one minute. Leave the transparent film.

The transparent protective film on the top of the patch prevents you from touching the glue when you apply pressure to the patch. Removing the transparent film could damage your repair, so we strongly advise you to leave it on. If you still wish to remove it, wait 24 hours before doing so to ensure that the glue has had time to dry completely.
