  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Choose Return Method

  Drop off your package at any Decathlon store in Qatar for free, or schedule a courier pickup through our customer service portal for a small fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
